At Repipe Once, we stand behind the quality of our work. Our Done Once, Done Right promise means every service is completed to the highest standards using durable materials and professional installation methods. This Limited Warranty outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.
Warranty Coverage
- Labor – All repiping, repair, and installation work performed by Repipe Once is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of service.
- Lifetime Warranty – A lifetime warranty is also available on qualifying work. Contact us at 833-673-2577 or service@repipeonce.com for details on coverage and eligibility.
- Materials – All materials supplied by Repipe Once are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in coordinating claims where applicable.
What This Warranty Covers
- Estimates provided by Repipe Once are based on the information available at the time.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual conditions of your property once work begins.
- Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Pre-existing plumbing issues or damage unrelated to the work we performed.
- Failures caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- Fixtures, appliances, or materials supplied by the customer.
- Incidental or consequential damages such as property damage, water damage, or lost use.
